How to Make Lasagna Rolls
Here is a quick 30 Minute meal you can make for you and your family! Lasagna rolls are a Holiady staple for my family! Lasagna Rolls What You Will need Lasagna Noodles Diced Tomatoes Fresh Spinach Fresh basil Fresh Garlic/or Garlic Powder Ricotta cheese Parmesan Cheese Romano Cheese Olive oil Pasta Sauce /Tomato Sauce (can be the Jar or from scratch) Sea Gold Garlic Butter with olive oil One egg Directions Pasta Sauce You can purchase any pasta sauce you'd like or you can make your own. Be sure to let the sauce simmer on low in the pot for about 30 minutes. If you are making your sauce from scratch you obviously would cook it a lot longer. Feel free to add any seasoning you'd like. Whatever you would normally add to your pasta sauce. Lasagna Noodles Bring water to a boil and place 9 or 10 lasagna noodles in the pot. Be sure to add a little more noodles than you may use, Just in case they break when removing them from the pot. Boil the noodles for about 20 minutes. Drain them and let them cool on a baking sheet so they can be ready to roll. Stuffing Mixture Place garlic butter or olive oil in a pan. Sauté your spinach until it cooks down and reduces. Once your spinach has cooked down pour your diced tomatoes in the pan and mixx thoroughly. Once your are done mixing let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes. Ricotta Cheese Mixture Use about a half quart of Ricotta cheese, one egg, fresh basil, Romano cheese, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella into a bowl. Mix it together thoroughly. Once everything is finished cooking you can start assembling your rolls. Coat the bottom of your pan with pasta sauce before making your rolls. Lay a roll on the cutting board or pan, then add ricotta mixture to the middle off the roll. Add tomato sauce or Meat sauce mixture next. Be sure to leave the ends of the noodle bare so you can roll your noodle. once you have your stuffing in the middle of the roll, place it in the pre sauced pan and repeat until the pan is full. (layering is optional) (think actual lasagna when layering.) Add sauce then cheese on top of your rolls. be sure to get the sides as well! (be generous so your noodles don't dry out) Cover with aluminum foil and place it the oven for 15 minutes. Remove cover and place it back in the over for another ten minutes to let the cheese brown a bit. (optional) Take out and let cool. I hope you guys enjoy this recipe as much as my family does! Looking for an easy Meal Prep Idea? Here's another quick and eay Recipe! IT's actually one of my favorite meal prep recipes! You can also make this a family meal! It feeds a lot of people! What You Will Need 3 Russet potatoes black beans Salsa Corn Sour Cream Taco seasoning Ground Chicken, Beef ,or Turkey Olive Oil Directions Potatoes Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them on a baking sheet. Douce them in Olive oil and bake them for about 30 minutes. Turn them every 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chicken Heat up some olive oil in a pan and let it get a little hot But not too hot. Olive oil burns quickly. Place the ground chicken in the pan, let it brown a little before adding seasoning. Add the taco seasoning and cook the chicken for about 15 minutes until it is done. Place black beans and corn into a pot and let it boil for about 15 minutes. You can add a little water to the pot to help cook the beans and corn. Add some of the taco seasoning to the black bean/corn mixture. Once everything is done place everything in a baking pan. Add cheese, and melt it in the oven for 5 minutes. Take it out and and add salsa, sour cream, and whatever other toppings you'd like. After that your pretty much done. I hope that you guys enjoy this super easy salmon cakes recipe! Everything you need to make it is listed down below. What You will need 1 Can of Salmon 1 whole onion 1 green pepper 1 tbl spoon of old bay 2 tbl spoons of adobo 1 pinch of salt 2 tbl spoons of fresh oregano quarter cup of panko bread crumbs 1 egg Olive oil Cast iron frying pan Directions Add all ingredients to a bowl mix and make into patties. Coat the pan with Extra Virgin olive Oil. Once the oil is hot place the patties intot he pan 3 at a time. Flip over every 5 to 10 minutes until brown on each side. plate them and eat with whatever sides youd like.
How To Make Stove Top yams
Hope you guys are all enjoying your week! Since it's the holiday season I figure I'd share my grandmas Stove Top yam Recipe! Disclaimer* This isn't the healthiest way to make yams. Its does require a lot of white sugar. Which isnt good for you. It also requires a lot of butter. So in no way is this recipe healthy! Just wanted to put that out there. It is Yummy though! Dont worry about it being too sweet, the two cups of water is going to drown out some of that sugar and butter! Heres what you'll need, Ingreidents: Yams/ Sweet potatoes 1/2 stick of butter 2 cups of water 3/4 of cup of sugar cast iron pan Directions: Peel your sweet potatoes/ yams and slice them in to 3/4 of an inch. Place them around a cast iron pan. Feel free to layer them. Take about 2 cups of water and coat the potatoes. Then add your 3/4 cups of sugar. Then slice a 1/2 stick of butter into tiny squares and place around the Pan sparingly. Even distribute the butter so that it melts into the mixrure as its cooking. The butter sugar and water will start to create a glaze, syrup like texture after 15 minutes of simmering. Once our yams are cooked all the way through and your glaze has somewhat carmalized, your yams should be done. Feel free to add other traditional yams spices if you want to! Eat and enjoy! xoxoAsh

Cut a pineapple in half. Save half of the pineapple to juice in the juicer. Cut a lime in half for the juicer as well. take 1 table spoon of raw organic honey and melt it in the microwave. Then pour the honey and pine apple juice into the bowl with the fruit. Southwest Salad 1 pack of Lettuce (green leaf or romaine) 1 bag of tortilla chips (for salad) (texas toast brand) 1 cup of corn 1 can or cup of black beans 2 whole vine ripe tomatoes 2 green chilis 1 cup of Mexican Cheese 4 Mexican sweet peppers Southwest dressing (hidden valley) or (whomever) Cut up lettuce and literally combine all if the ingredients into a bowl. You can use store bought black bean corn salsa or make your own. VeeTee Rice Which ever kind of Veetee rice you'd like they have 7 options. Just put whole in the film and pop it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
