20 Min Instant Pot Recipes Cream Of Chicken & Rice
What You will need
3 Boneless chicken breast (cut)
1 chopped onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 cups of chicken broth
2 cups of water
1 can of cream of chicken
Adobo Or whatever seasoning you'd like

Olive Oil Garlic butter(optional)

Hit the sauté button on your instant pot and let your pot heat up. It will sauté for 30 minutes but you can adjust the time to your liking. I recommend at least 15 minutes of sautéing until your chicken looks mostly cooked. It will let you know when it's hot and ready. Put your olive oil, onions, and garlic in the pot and sauté it for about 5 minutes then add your chicken. Once all ingredients are cooked add in your rice and butter mix it around for about 2 minutes to toast the rice. Last add your water and chicken broth and mix it thoroughly. Once everything is mixed together, put the lid of the pot on and switch the pressure nozzle over. Click pressure cook for 10 minutes. When it's ready it will let you know and it will be time to release the pressure. Be careful and step away from he nozzle when releasing the pressure. You can get burned. So be very careful. Once you safely remove the lid store your rice and serve as needed.
