My favorite Cold Pressed Juices

   Juicing has become my obsession since I started my fitness journey. There is something about the taste of fresh juice that I love in the morning. I personally juice as a meal replacement not as a cleanse. I do not recommend juice cleansing because it is a temporary fix. However, incorporating fresh juice into your diet in place of store bought juices is always a better option. Up to 70% of the nutrients found in fruits in vegetables are found in the juice!  Juice is rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream which makes it the quickest way for the body to digest nutrients. This is why Juicing is so beneficial!

Design with Ease

Quick tip you can use the pulp from your juicer to add to soup mixtures and casseroles. The pulp is mainly fiber and cellulose which have vital nutrients. For the best results use the pulp the same day to avoid losing nutrients. Also if your pulp is dry in your juicer this is a good sign that you have a good juicer. The point of a juicer is to extract the majority of the juice from fruits and vegetables. If your pulp is wet you may want to do some research on better quality juicers.

If using fruits or vegetables with tough skin, be sure to remove the skin before juicing. Always take out the seeds.  I recommend cutting up your fruit the night before and storing it in the refrigerator. This will ensure your that your juice will be nice and cold once juicing is completed. If your like your juice room temperature you can just skip that step. As I mentioned in the video when juicing leafy greens such as kale, spinach, and herbs, make sure to bunch them in between your fruits. This will ensure that you get the most nutrients out in your juice. Start with the softer ingredients then work your way up to the harder texture ones. 

Fruits With Inedible Skin

Fruits with inedible skin are mangoes, melons, pineapples, etc.

Fruits the need to be peeled would be, limes, lemons, oranges, etc.

Fruits that need to have the seeds, pits, or stones removed are nectarines, peaches, mangoes, apricots, plums, cherries, all must be depicted before juicing.
