Pea Protein By Nutritional Brands

For the past few months I have been searching for a really great plant based protein powder that doesn't taste like chalk! I finally found one on NBPure's website. Nutritional Brands makes tons of great plant based products and I'm here for it! I have begun to incorporate this plant based protein into my diet, because one day I'd love to transition into a full blown plant based lifestyle. Which is a journey in itself. In the meant time I thought I'd share one of my favorite recipes with you guys! However, this time I incorporated some Pea Protein into the recipe!

Pea Protein Powder

1/4 cup Chia seed

1/4 cup flax seed

1/2 cup almond milk

1 cup of mixed fruit

1 handfuls of granola

and a bowl


Pour chia and flax seed into a bowl. Mix them together. Then add a 1/4 cup of protein powder. Mix all of the dry ingredients together. Next had 1/2 cup of almond milk and mix everything again until all of the protein powder has dissolved. Then place the bowl in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes until pudding thickens. Take it out and add your toppings. Enjoy!
