Stuffed Salmon


3 pieces of Salmon

1/2 cup of Spinach

Pinch of Sea salt

Pinch of Black pepper

One lemon

Two cloves of garlic

1/2 cup Cream cheese garlic and herb flavored

1 tbs of sour cream

Fresh parsley

3 tbs cup Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Butter

Garlic butter

2 tbs Olive oil


Take your salmon and slice a small pocket into the side of the salmon to add the stuffing mixture. Set this salmon aside. In a separate pan sauté your spinach. I use about a half cup of spinach. In a bowl add about half the container of cream cheese,1 table spoon sour cream, add about 3 tbs cup of Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup of sautéed spinach. Mix these ingredients together and set aside. Stuff your salmon with the mixture and set it aside. Turn on your stove and add 1 teaspoon of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a non-stick skillet or cast-iron pan. Once your oil and butter are hot add your garlic cloves. Next take the stuffed salmon and place it in the pan. Let your salmon sauté for about 10 minutes in the butter and flip it over. Cover your salmon with a lid on medium heat so that it cooks evenly. Let that side sauté for about another 10 minutes flip it back over and add your garlic butter on top cover the salmon so that the butter can melt. Once your salmon is done and to your liking add parsley and plate it.
