Three Bean Turkey Chili

Chili is one of my favorite recipes to make! It's super easy also! Heres my quick 30 minute chili recipe, garunteed to be a hit with your family!


Beans: Pinto Beans, Kidney Beans, Black Beans

Peppers: Green peppers, Mixed sweet peppers

One Onion

3 cloves of Garlic

1/2 carton of Chicken Stock

One and a half packs of chili seasoning or taco seasoning (doesn't really matter)

2 tbsp Olive Oil

4 Chopped fresh tomatoes

1 can of diced tomatoes

One Pack of Goya Sazon

One pack of ground turkey (optional)

Cilantro to taste (add however much you want)

Large Pot


Chop Your garlic, onions, and peppers to whatever size you'd like. I prefer medium size. Chop your fresh tomatoes. Also cook your meat first and put it aside to add later.

Directions For chili

Heat your pot and add olive oil. Once your Olive oil is hot, then add in your fresh garlic. Garlic can be chopped cloves or minced. Minced will burn faster so keep an eye on it. Sautee your garlic for no more than 2 minutes alone in the oil. Once you start to smell the garlic add in your onions and peppers. Then add your tomatoes, fresh and diced. Stir all of your contents together for one minute. Then add in your three cans of beans. Stir all of those contents together and add all of your seasoning. Next add your chicken stock. You should only need a half carton depending on the size pot of chili you are making. You may need the whole carton. Cook your chilir for 35 minutes stiring occasionally, every fifteen minutes until it's done.

Add your Meat once its done being cooked. This way you can decide how much meat you want to add later. I always cook my meat on the side incase I decide not to have meat in my chili.

Serve over top of white rice, or eat by itself. I like to add cheddar cheese and guacamole.
