Two years ago I was diagnosed with a metabolic disorder called PCOS (Polycistic Ovarian Syndrome). Women with PCOS are at higher risk of diabetes, heart disease, infertility, and high blood pressure. There is no cure for PCOS, but it is manageable. If you diet and exercise you can help control the symptoms. Originally I was prescribed Birth control pills to help manage my symptoms by my endocrinologist. I found that it helped but I didn't like the symptoms that birth control caused. I wanted a natural way of treating my symptoms so I found Bebalanced hormone weightless Center.
Bebalanced weight loss center is a homeopathic solution to balancing your hormones. BeBalanced’s program uses the power of hormones and natural hormone balancing to work with your body to correct key hormone imbalances that are holding you back. They provide fat burning and relaxation tools to help you achieve overall physical wellbeing by targeting the hormones that affect your weight, sleep, mood, and energy.

last year I documented my weight loss journey. I weighed 216 lbs last year when I started on the 16th of March 2018. I lost a total of 14 lbs and unfortunately I have gained it all back because I was not consistent with the program this year. I wanted to bring you guys on my journey of starting over in 2019. So for the next 4 weeks I will be documenting my progress. I will be sharing on my Youtube channel weekly what I have been eating and weighing in every Sunday! So be sure to subscribe to my Youtube channel to keep up with my progress.
I love to eat! Carbs were such a huge part of my diet. I am a pasta lover! I also love bread so it's been really hard not consuming any carbs but also rewarding. It is gets easier as I see the scale go down daily. It definitely keeps me motivated to keep going on the program. My goal weight is 160 lbs my ideal weight is 150 lbs. I really believe it is possible to reach my goal weight on this program. The wonderful thing about be balanced is that they help you maintain your weight after you lose it.
